Dispensary

The Dispensary and Lloyds Chemist

Lloyds Pharmacy and our own staff share the Dispensary. If you wish, you may have your prescription dispensed on the premises. Alternatively, you may wish to have your medicines dispensed in the town.

For repeat medicines, you can order them in the following ways:

• In writing
• By fax
• In person
• or online.

Please allow 48 hours or two working days for your prescription to be processed and prepared. We can make arrangements to post or deliver your medicines - please ask at Dispensary. Lloyds Pharmacy and our Dispensary are open 8.30 am to 6 pm Monday to Friday and they also participate in the Emergency Rota, see local press for details.

The Direct Dial number is (01271) 324812 - open between the hours of 9.00am - 11.30am and 2.00pm - 3.30pm, this is for queries only. You cannot request medication over the telephone. Either post your repeat slip through the letter box, send it in by posr or request online. To register for online services please ask at the Reception desk for details.

Dispensing to Rural Patients

We are a dispensing practice, which means that we are authorised by the PCT to dispense prescribed items to our rural patients who live more than one mile away from a Pharmacy/Chemist.

We have an on-site branch of Lloyds Pharmacy and our Dispensary is located within the Pharmacy.

The Dispensary is open Monday to Friday between 8.30am to 1.00pm and 2.00pm to 6.00pm. It is closed at weekends and on Bank Holidays.
