Our Team of Practice Nurses and Health Care Assistants are available for routine appointments, Monday to Friday.
Practice Nurses carry out a wide range of services such as dressings, vaccinations, cervical smears and INR testing. They also run our Diabetes, Asthma/COPD and Coronary Heart Disease Clinics and offer advice and support to people who want to stop smoking and/or lose weight.
Our Health Care Assistants undertake a number of procedures including blood tests, ECGs, and blood pressure readings.

The Reception Help Desk staff member is usually the first person you meet when you visit us.
Our Reception and Administration Team undertake many tasks including meeting and greeting Patients and dealing with enquiries, answering the telephone and arranging appointments.
They are there to help you, so please ask if you need help or have any queries.
The Community Nurses care for patients in their own homes. The Health Visitors hold clinics and offer advice and support on the health, welfare and development of children and their families. The Midwives run antenatal clinics and we offer a maternity service in co-operation with the Maternity Department at the Hospital.
Working alongside our own staff are many Community Nurses, Health Visitors, Midwives, Community Psychiatric Nurses, Hospice Care Nurses, Counsellor and a Physiotherapist.
